i started sobremesa club because i’ve always been the person with an ever growing list of restaurants to try, constantly seeking out the best spots and inviting people along for the experience. but i wanted to go beyond just dining, i wanted to create spaces where people connect in a way that feels natural, immersive, and memorable.

sobremesa club was born out of a love for culinary exploration and deep conversation. the kind that lingers beyond the last course, where guests leave not just with a great dining experience but with new perspectives, friendships, and a sense of belonging.

making new friends as an adult, especially in a new country, can be challenging. sobremesa club creates a space where connection happens naturally, through shared experiences, thoughtful discussions, and a love for great food. it’s about building a community, one culinary experience at a time.
